1. Program description

ParkProof provides parking management software to parking operators. When you register a parking session at a participating location and provide your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to your parking session, sent on behalf of the parking operator. Messages may include: a link to view and pay for your session, payment receipts, session expiration reminders and warnings, and enforcement-related notices concerning your vehicle.

2. Opt-in

You opt in by voluntarily entering your mobile phone number when registering a parking session on a ParkProof-powered payment page (for example, after scanning a QR code at a parking location). Providing your number is optional; if you do not provide it, you can still park and pay, but you will not receive session links, receipts, or reminders by text.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies by parking activity. A typical parking session generates between one and four messages (session link, receipt, and any reminders or notices). You will not receive marketing or promotional messages through this program.

4. Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. ParkProof and participating parking operators do not charge for text messages.

5. Opt-out and help

Opting out stops text notifications only; it does not cancel a parking session or any amounts owed for parking.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

7. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Phone numbers collected for parking notifications are used to deliver the messages described above and are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
